How does electronic voting work?
1: Invite the voters
An invitation email is sent to each member. Managers can create customised email templates for invitations in the dashboard.
2. The voter registers
The voter registers with their device the registration code that is included in the invitation email
3. Validation
On election day, the voter receives an additional validation code to enhance security
4. Voting
The voter casts their vote on their device
5. The result
The result is announced topic by topic
6. Online results
If desired, all results will be made available online
